How It Works

Step 1

Get in Touch

Fill out the contact form or send me a message with your wedding date, venue, and any special requests. I’ll check my availability and get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 2

Consultation & Quote

We’ll have a quick chat—over the phone, via video call, or in person—to discuss your wedding photography needs. I’ll then provide a tailored quote based on your coverage requirements.

Step 3

Secure Your Date

To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit is required. This secures your wedding date exclusively for you. Before making any payment, I will send you an invoice. Payments are made via bank transfer.

Step 4

Contract & Confirmation

Once the deposit is received, I will send you a contract to review and sign. This contract outlines all the important details, including what’s included, payment terms, and cancellation policies. Please read it carefully before signing.

Step 5

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks before the wedding day. I will send you an invoice before payment, and the transfer will be made via bank transfer.

Step 6

Pre-Wedding Planning

As your wedding day approaches, I’ll check in to go over your timeline, must-have shots, and any special requests to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Step 7

Your Wedding Day

Enjoy your big day while I capture the natural, candid moments that tell your wedding story beautifully.

Step 8

Photo Delivery

After the wedding, I will carefully edit your images and deliver them within two weeks via a secure online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your photos.
